Terms and Conditions

Who we are and what we do
viaEur is a freight forwarder: we organise road freight between the Balkans (Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia) and Europe. We do not operate trucks ourselves — physical transport is carried out by independent carriers from our network, which we vet ourselves. By using this site and sending a request, you accept these terms.
Requests and quotes
When you send a request, we aim to come back with an all-in price quote within 1 hour, during normal working hours. The quote is based on the information you give us (route, type, weight and dimensions of the cargo, preferred date) — if that information changes, the price may change. A quote is not a transport contract until confirmed by both parties (usually by phone or WhatsApp).
Your responsibilities
When you send a request, you are responsible for:
- The information you provide (cargo type, weight, dimensions, addresses, contact details) being accurate
- The goods being legal and not containing undeclared prohibited or dangerous items
- Being available for coordination (phone/WhatsApp) about loading and delivery timing
Goods we do not transport
We do not organise transport for illegal goods or undeclared dangerous materials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a request if we suspect the goods fall into this category, or if the information provided is inaccurate.
Payment
Payment terms (amount, method and timing) are communicated individually for each request, once the quote is confirmed.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel a confirmed shipment, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are handled case by case — if transport has already been arranged with a carrier, cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at that time.
Liability
viaEur organises and coordinates transport but is not the physical carrier of the goods — that is done by the independent carrier assigned to your shipment. Any loss, damage or delay during physical transport is subject to the terms and, where applicable, the insurance of that carrier. We take reasonable care in selecting carriers from our network, but cannot guarantee the outcome of every individual shipment.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or an inability to organise transport due to circumstances outside our reasonable control — such as weather conditions, border closures, strikes, or regulatory changes.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, design, logo) belongs to viaEur and may not be reproduced without permission, other than normal use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
